Dokja has several skills that allow him to literally peer into a character's stats. Furthermore, with some confidant rank ups understanding of the character, he can potentially copy, and then use, other character's abilities.

Additionally, Dokja has the ability to passively read character's minds, and finally (once he obtains Midday Tryst) will be able to create private temporary one on one mental chatrooms with characters. This requires him to pay a negligible amount of shards to maintain the connection.

This is an opt-in post - Character Profile and Bookmark are limited, and don't always succeed in canon due to various reasons, so they will never be utilized without permission from the player in question.

If there's specific things you don't want him to know when responding, you can feel free to leave a spot blank, put '????', or whatever else strikes your fancy. If you'd like to opt out entirely, just don't respond to this post at all and you're good! You can also let me know in the comments and I'll keep it screened for my reference.
